Careers at Collective Measures
We’ve joined other agencies and pledged to do more to address the issue of systemic racism facing Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) in our industry. Since we made our initial commitment to change, we have taken measures to become and agency that is more reflective of our community. We’ve done a lot of listening and have learned a lot about ourselves and our blind spots. We hope you join us and our employees as we continue to take meaningful steps towards our commitments to change.

We’re constantly evaluating – with the input of our staff – how our benefits and perks can give our staff exactly what they need. And as our new world and reality continues to evolve, we’ve taken actionable and thoughtful steps to create a safe and flexible workplace for our employees. These guiding principles helped us develop our new working model, where we can have the opportunity to collaborate with our teammates face-to-face without completely sacrificing the benefits of working from home. Whether hybrid or fully remote, we routinely consider how to make the most of our employees’ time both together and apart.
In addition to our dedication to flexibility, we are equally committed to a healthy work-life balance for each of our employees. While our working model will change to respond to our employees’ needs, we still have a few permanent perks within the agency. We understand how important it is to bond with new members of our family, whether or not they’re covered in fur, through paid parental leave and “fur-ternity” leave. We’re proud to offer year-round “summer hours” that encourage our busy employees to log off on even the coldest days of winter. And while we aren’t able to spend time with our colleagues in person just yet, we’ve implemented weekly (optional) staff meetings that are focused on company culture, from virtual baking lessons to bingo and jeopardy.
