Manager discussion groups offer the opportunity to chat with your peers on an informal level to discuss strategy or offer guidance on manager-specific questions or topics.

We recognize that there are different levels of management that come with their own unique challenges and learning opportunities. Our training, including online learning options, provide clear and easy-to-follow coaching for managers of all levels to ensure that new managers and seasoned veterans receive the resources they need to get the job done.

Dedicated Management Hours

Time is one of our most precious resources, and we know first-hand how much effort managers put in to support their teams. By providing dedicated management hours throughout the week, we hope to provide our staff with the time they need to address their responsibilities without cutting into life outside the office.
