Collective Measures Receives 19th Award for Best Place to Work
Collective Measures, a 100% employee-owned performance marketing agency based in Minneapolis, has been named to The Star Tribune’s Top Workplaces in 2022. The recent win represents the seventh consecutive year that Collective Measures has been recognized as a top workplace by The Star Tribune. But even better: it also marks the 19th award the company has won for its workplace culture since its founding in 2005 from publications such as Inc. Magazine, Minnesota Business magazine, and Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal.
“Collective Measures has always valued and prioritized employee satisfaction and development, but this win carries so much more significance than recent years,” said Katie Otto, Vice President of Human Resources and People Operations. “The pandemic changed everything: the way we work, how we connect with others, and what employee satisfaction looks like. We’ve taken an intentional approach to cultivating an engaging, inclusive, and empowering workplace culture that will stand the test of time, including a highly flexible hybrid working model, stipends for home office equipment and employee wellness, generous paid time off, year-round summer Fridays, and optional in-office events to support all of our employees and their respective comfort levels.”
Donna Robinson, CEO of Collective Measures, remarked, “Of all the recognition Collective Measures has been awarded, this is by far my favorite. As a 100% employee-owned company, we put the happiness and professional development of the collective first, always. Investing in our people and workplace culture is what sets us apart from the competition and enables us to continually drive success for our clients. It’s what will propel our agency forward into our next stage of growth.”
