Collective Measures
As we close the chapter on our second year as Collective Measures, there is so much to celebrate. From launching new services to welcoming new employee-owners, we’ve continued to steadily grow and evolve. And through it all, we’ve remained laser-focused on fulfilling our mission: guiding our clients to marketing success.

A Look Back on Our Second Year as Collective Measures

As we close the chapter on our second year as Collective Measures, there is so much to celebrate. From launching new services to welcoming new employee-owners, we’ve continued to steadily grow and evolve. And through it all, we’ve remained laser-focused on fulfilling our mission: guiding our clients to marketing success.

As marketers, you know firsthand how the marketing landscape is in a state of constant evolution and growing complexity. For example, in 2023, we’ll face not only the impending loss of third-party cookies but also bid farewell to Google’s Universal Analytics in place of Google Analytics 4. As your partner, we know that achieving success in the face of these challenges is anything but easy. But it’s these challenges that fueled our agency’s targeted growth in marketing analytics and data science, and ultimately, the launch of Practix, our intelligence engine. For years, we have taken strides to connect disparate datasets together and create a single source of truth, which manifested into Practix. With capabilities including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, customer journey analytics, and more, we’re ready as ever to continue evolving alongside our industry and clients.

Backed by our expertise in digital channels, we also launched a new service offering: Brand Performance Communications. This new offering has helped clients who are looking to shift brand perception, rebuild their brand’s reputation, establish greater brand authority, or strategically increase brand awareness. And when paired with Practix, we’ve helped brands tell a data-driven story of how content and campaigns build brand awareness, influence trust, and create a positive brand experience. Brand Performance Communications has been a game changer for many of our clients who operate in a crowded marketplace and are looking to enhance their brand health metrics.

While we certainly spent a significant amount of time last year honing our capabilities to better support our clients, we also made a number of strategic hires, including our new VP of Media, Mark Nigon. With nearly 30 years of paid media expertise, Mark joined Collective Measures’ leadership team to oversee all media teams and propel agency growth. Since joining the Collective, Mark has helped deepen our expertise in both traditional and awareness media. In addition to welcoming new hires like Mark, we’ve also celebrated a number of big promotions. From the leadership team, this has included Allison McMenimen Bakken’s promotion to Managing Partner, Luke Schlegel’s promotion to COO/CFO, and Katie Otto’s promotion to Vice President of Human Resources + People Operations.

It goes without saying that none of the growth we’ve experienced in the last 12 months would be possible without you — our incredible clients. So, as the world continues to open up and we welcome many of our employees back to the office for what we’re calling “Together Tuesdays,” we hope to welcome you to our office again to celebrate what we have been able to achieve together in the last year. Here’s to all that’s still to come in 2022!

Thank you,

Donna Robinson, CEO
