Best Places to Work 2018

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has named performance digital agency Nina Hale to its 2018 Best Places to Work list. It is the agency’s seventh time appearing on the list and its second appearance in the medium-sized company category.

“We are very proud to again be named to the Best Places to Work list,” said Nina Hale CEO Donna Robinson. “As an employee-owned agency, it is essential that everyone feels a personal connection to their workplace. Making the list validates our continued efforts to maintain the satisfaction of our employee owners.”

For the past 20 years, the Business Journal has recognized top workplaces. The list acknowledges companies that create and maintain engaging work environments for their employees, in part through team-building activities, career-development opportunities, and workplace amenities, such as collaborative and flexible workspaces. Analysis was completed by Quantum Workplace, which conducts confidential employee surveys at participating companies to determine honorees.

All 2018 honorees will be featured in the August 17 print edition of the Business Journal and celebrated at an awards event the preceding day at The Armory in downtown Minneapolis.
