Fellow Minneapolis-based design and branding agency, Little & Company, was selected to redesign the Nina Hale brand.
Little’s inspiration for the updated brand came from Nina Hale’s commitment to delivering the best digital performance possible for its clients. After conducting employee interviews, observing the agency in its day-to-day operations, and reviewing the brand’s existing mission, vision, and values, Little was able to design a new and sophisticated identity to match Nina Hale’s unique position in the digital marketplace.
Founded in 2005 by its namesake, Nina Hale has grown from a one-woman search agency to an employee-owned, Inc.-recognized Top Place to Work, with over 70 digital media specialists and a diverse client roster of local and national brands. Little, with its ample creative talent and strong reputation, was a perfect match to translate Nina Hale’s unique business style into a definite brand identity.
