April 22, 2016

Recently recognized as a 2016 Best Company to Work For by Minnesota Business magazine, Nina Hale, Inc. has excelled in retaining and consistently recruiting top talent since its inception. To further support the agency’s continued growth and drive successful client partnerships, NHI has promoted two of its key leaders to Vice President roles.

Nina Hale, Inc. (NHI), a Minneapolis-based digital marketing agency, experienced revenue growth in 2015 of 30% from 2014 – and is carrying that momentum into 2016. The NHI staff and client lists have grown as well. CEO, Donna Robinson, attributes the agency’s significant growth to the work ethic among NHI employees, strong leadership, and a firm commitment to its core values – all contributing to successful and consistent results for clients.

Tami McBrady to VP of Media, Acquisition

McBrady was promoted to Vice President of Media, with a focus on acquisition. In the new role, McBrady will be responsible for all thought leadership and team management as it relates to digital acquisition, including paid search, paid social, and all display media forms. Prior to her promotion, McBrady was a Media Director, first joining the agency in February 2010 as a Search Marketing Manager.

“Tami has consistently shown growth as a leader and as an expert in acquisition strategies. As one the agency’s early key strategic hires, she knows the space better than anyone, and we are confident in her ability to lead NHI through the rapidly changing digital marketing universe,” stated Robinson.

Kathleen Petersen to VP of Media, Awareness and Engagement

Petersen was promoted to Vice President of Media, with a focus on awareness and engagement. In the new role, she will be responsible for the oversight of NHI’s team of media directors and leadership of awareness-based media execution, including display, video, and native advertising.

Petersen joined the agency as a Media Director in July 2014. Prior to NHI, Petersen led digital media teams at other agencies in the Minneapolis metro.

“The executive team couldn’t be more excited to promote Kathleen. She brings a diverse digital background and a new level of expertise on expanded media types that will establish our media innovation and advancement,” said CEO Robinson.
