New NHI Sales and Marketing Team Member – Nina Hale Search We wanted to introduce another great addition to the NHI intern team.  (She’s already won our hearts, with a great attitude and fast project performance).

Tess Fellman recently joined Nina Hale Inc. as a Sales+Marketing Intern. Now in her third week she has demonstrated lightening bolt results in a short period. Tess graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas in May with a Marketing major.  She interned for three years at Mall of America in the specialty leasing department that handles short term in line tenants and the visual design department. Tess worked with mildly mentally disabled clients at Accurate Home Care and did consulting work with Ideal Productions that included design and marketing. More about Tess: What lead you to Nina Hale Inc?  My interest in search is based on marketing to current generations and future ones. With current and future generations being heavily influenced by the digital age I find search engine marketing to be a valuable asset in the marketing world. The reputation of Nina Hale as one of the Best Places to Work is important as well. Plus, a mutual friend of a friend recommended the agency.  And I really like the fact that it’s a small agency. What are some of your hobbies? I like to go to movies and I spend time with my husband and my dog Maverick. He’s a Lab/Pitbull mix. What’s your favorite part about NHI thus far?  The atmosphere, I like that a lot. What is something most people don’t know about you? I am a scrupulous note taker. I don’t miss a beat when I take notes and if they aren’t neat and organized they’ll be re-written. What’s your favorite aspect of living in Minnesota? And your least?  Four seasons is my favorite part, but that it’s usually too hot and muggy or too cold is my least favorite part. Favorite local restaurant?  The Tavern in Blaine. They have an amazing happy hour and flatbread pizza. What is something new you’ve learned about SEM since joining Nina Hale Inc? There is so much more to SEO then just keywords, and how resourceful of a tool Wikipedia can be for SEO that I learned in my first Shared Education session.
