Since joining the agency in 2012, Donna has been responsible for the vision and strategic leadership for the company as well as maintaining the enthusiastic company culture and core values established by founder, Nina Hale. Prior to joining Collective Measures, Donna was VP of Client Services at space150, where she helped grow the agency from a small, niche player into a nationally renowned marketing agency. Throughout her career, Donna has worked tirelessly on brands like Coca Cola, American Express, Green Giant, Pillsbury, Ameriprise Financial, The Discovery Channel, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum.
