MINNEAPOLIS (July 14, 2025) — On the heels of its twentieth anniversary, Collective Measures prepares for its next phase of growth by adding veteran talent to the employee-owned media agency’s leadership team. Jamie Moran joins the agency as its new vice president of client service, and Michael Kahn is the newest member of the agency’s board of directors.

Jamie joins from Colle McVoy, where she most recently served as SVP, group account director. There, she led cross-functional teams across a diverse portfolio of clients, playing a pivotal role in transforming the agency’s approach toward agile, client-focused delivery.

With over 20 years of agency experience, Jamie has championed marketing efforts for brands, including Invisalign, Whirlpool, UnitedHealthcare, Fendt, Northern Tool + Equipment, Frank’s RedHot, Land O’Lakes, Schell’s Brewing, and the Minnesota State Lottery. She’s recognized for her exceptional relationship-building abilities, her bias toward action, and her success in driving meaningful outcomes.

Michael Kahn joins Collective Measures’ board of directors

As the former global executive leader of Digitas and Performics, Michael Kahn has deep operational experience that he brings to Collective Measures with his first board of directors appointment. In his agency leadership roles, he drove a 100% increase in network footprint at Digitas in 24 months and a 15% global organic CAGR at Performics over half a decade.

“In my conversations with Collective Measures’ leadership, it was clear the agency is doing something exceptional today and has aspirations to continue doing so moving forward,” Kahn shared. “I’m genuinely excited to advise the agency’s leadership team to help them generate meaningful growth for years to come.”

Collective Measures celebrates 20 years in business

The agency’s growth has been steady and consistent, and has doubled revenue since 2020. A primary factor for this has been Collective Measures’ client and staff retention. The agency’s roster includes six brands who’ve been clients for more than a decade, and a 77.5% employee retention rate over the last 12 months. Entering its third decade in business, Collective Measures continues to prioritize investment in current and new talent to maintain its growth trajectory.
