Collective Measure’s strategy began by segmenting our go-to-market approach within Room & Board’s product categories. In this way, we could focus on specific categories during seasons where the media investment could capture the most volume. We also maximized presence within local markets and shopping-focused search engines.
The results
Since Collective Measures has been working with Room & Board, there has been a consistent increase of revenue year-over-year (YOY) while spend has stayed the same. With this particular challenge, Collective Measures simultaneously drove more revenue growth while increasing media efficiency, with the overall result of a 31% increase in revenue from paid media year over year.
